Just wanted to let you know how glad I am that I went to your seminar. A few of the nuggets I picked up allowed me to increase my confidence, and closing ratio of my warm and cold calls. But the most dramatic benefit was the reduced resistance to picking up the phone. In fact, I have learned to enjoy the challenge of booking appointments. I do experience call reluctance from time to time.  Learning how to handle that was Great!   In all my years of working I have never been taught such detail in phone communications.  No where has such detail been covered except with your course.
